Since the _Windows_ file system does not have a _permissions_ view like Unix, the SFTP commands that handle such permissions yield incorrect results - e.g., regular files are not recognized as such, read/write permissions are not correctly reported, etc. (and various tests in _SftpTest_ fail...). The code should take into account the current O/S when processing permissions and not assume a POSIX / Unix model.
