flink sql generates an error when executing the following statement, "insert into table select * from a is null or b in ('1', '2')".   The exception thrown is "NoSuchElementException: next on empty iterator".   The cause of the exception is that during the optimization tree phase, "is null" and "in" are merged, and "is null" is transformed into "search a in null" logic, resulting in an error when iterating values from an empty set.
