[Bug 62173] New: Negative Thread Count in Jmeter 4.0

corner) while running a simple load test , hitting local host.

Thanks for report, but we would need a lot more information to be able to
investigate this issue.

- jmeter.log
- Test plan to reproduce
- Any 3rd party plugin used ?
- Description of how to reproduce
