About tc:button and sheet state

Hi all;
I have to select some rows in a data sheet; the button action is assigned to
backed method which treat the selected rows.

When clicking on the button; the sheet state is not refreshed (need reload
the page for refreshing)
I don't want to use automatic refresh , time consuming in client side.
I've tried to use onclick to reload the page before action; but the action
method is never called in this case

Please help

I mean SheetState refresh "taking selection in account"
I need to select some rows from a sheet but without using  automating
refreshing;
 With automatic reload (tc:reload) it work fine but very time consumung.

I don't understand what you meen with state is not refreshed. Did you
modify the state in the action and the modification is not applied
when the sheet is rendered again?
How did you reload the page for refreshing?
