In the past 2 months we've added about 90 .NET tests to previously existing 560, and our testing time crept up: from 13-15 minutes to 19-23 in AppVeyor (includes ~3 min of build time) and from 6 minutes to 10 on my local machine. We should look into speeding up testing.
