Discovered while testing NETBEANS-5513, maybe possible to fix along with that.

> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-5515
> Project: NetBeans
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: projects - Gradle
> Affects Versions: 12.3

> When "Project problems" dialog is dismissed, Gradle project does not offer "Resolve Project Problems..." action in its context menu. The project has to be closed and reopened again, to get the dialog displayed.
> To reproduce:
> * start with a fresh user dir
> * checkout micronaut-core ([https://github.com/micronaut-projects/micronaut-core)]
> * make sure there are no micronaut artifacts in ~/.gradle cache. If re-opening, ensure .gradle and **/build directories are removed in the project.
> * wait for the dialog to appear
> * dismiss (ESC, Close)
> This is different to Maven projects, which offer the action so the user can fix / prime the projects when ready.
