[jira] [Created] (SLING-3645) Ignore publish requests if the server is stopped

Robert Munteanu created SLING-3645:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Ignore publish requests if the server is stopped
                 Key: SLING-3645
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-3645
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: IDE
            Reporter: Robert Munteanu
            Assignee: Robert Munteanu
Fix For: Sling Eclipse IDE 1.0.0

The WST framework does not always check that the server is started when publishing. Actually that may even not be part of the contract.

Therefore we should guard against such operations being performed. At least one negative side effect is that when the server is started for the first time a full publish is performed for all deployed modules.
