RSLs produced using 4.10.0 appear to be missing the final part of the  version number. RSLs are tagged as "spark_4.10.0.swf" instead of "spark_4.10.0.20130801.swf".

the problem appears to the in the "flex-config.xml" file which is written out w/the plain "4.10.0" tags.
