fo:table ignores break-before="column" and break-after="column"

           Summary: fo:table ignores break-before="column" and break-
                    after="column"
           Product: Fop
           Version: 0.20.5
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mwittmann@atsworldwide.com

Tested this in a two-column region-body.  As a sanity check, I tried <fo:block
break-before="page">, which worked. Workaround: enclose the entire
<fo:table> in an <fo:block break-before="column"> ... that works.
