important file lost while typing on Apache

Dear Sir/Madam
Good morning.


I am writing a novel on Apache open word and suddenly the whole text of my
manuscript vanished. I haven't deleted it.  I have used all the means
including your tutorials, restore the PC, etc unfortunately I was not able
to restore or retrieve it.
Kindly help me to restore my lost file as I am an old man and don't know
much about computers and have worked hard. I have no back in my PC.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. This is not a good place to get
user support because it is a mailing list for the product developers.
Please post a question on the user forum at
