Detail of your configuration but it's not normal and which version of
NAV?

But since 2.1 it s ok.

Hi,
	I have a small problem with Norton Antivirus(NAV) 2002, I found
that with some mail the NAV close the connection while the mails was
processing, no errors was found in James logs. To solve the problem I
change the pop3 port.

Do you know something about this problem? The problem is in James or
not?

Sorry My answer is ridiculous...

Your probleme comes with this version of NAV
They configure the NAV for a workstation and not a server
Try version NAV enterprise or server 

I think that the good way
