i intereset  to Rules Project: Sandboxes and rulesmass check

What exactly is your interest in... that?

It's a starting point documentation wiki page. The actual code is
publicly available in SVN.

May I ask what your "apache.org account" is?

SpamAssassin is one of more than 150 "apache.org" ASF projects. Having
accounts with or being associated to any other ASF project doesn't mean
much. Credits are per-project.

Please explain your request in more detail.
