Apache Soap 2.3

Hi all,
I have seen that a new version was released.
Can someone tell me if there are some major problems with this new version?
Some serverside exceptions, some incompatibilities with orion or tomcat?

I have read that the new default response will have the XML Schema 2001 as
default. Is there a simple way to configure apache soap to use the 1999
Schema ? Please, don't want to change the code, maybe from somewhere in
application deployment?
