File Transmission Problem - Urgent

Hi all. I'm sending this message again because i
really need some clue regarding my problem described
below.

My name's Ricardo and i'm running apache 1.3.20 under
Conectiva 6.0 and using kernel 2.2.20, from
kernel.org.

I'm having a problem in downloading large files (7Mb)
using a dial-up connection. The problem is that the
server apparently ends up the connection, making the
download incomplete. And this is not a problem with
dial-up, because the download is interrupted but i
still have connection.

My guess is or there's a timeout (although there's no
pattern of download time. My tries resulted in
different file sizes) or there's some configuration,
some buffer on apache that causes that. But i'm
clueless and haven't found anything on documentation
that could "ring me a bell".

This issue doesn't happen when i use an ADSL
connection or if i try to download the same file using
dial-up from a Windows2000 server.

My global settings are like that:

Timeout 150
KeepAlive On
MaxKeepAliveRequests 50
KeepAliveTimeout 5
MinSpareServers 5
MaxSpareServers 20
StartServers 100
MaxClients 200
MaxRequestsPerChild 0
SendBufferSize 1024
RLimitCPU 30
RLimitNPROC 10

Thanks for any help.

Best Regards,
Ricardo Matos
