    These are really minor updates although a number of classes were
    involved.
    
    The deprecations of getQuantiles(...) and getRanks(...) were removed.
    These functions are too useful, especially in Java, to be removed.
    
    A large number of these fixes are due to Checkstyle, mostly missing
    final method parameters. There were a few Javadoc missing <p>s.
    
    Two static final constant names were renamed with all capitals.
