Re-Crawl

I have installed and configured Nutch on Windows and have successfully
crawled a local website using the intranet crawl tutorial. I have then setup
the nutch WAR on Tomcat and have set the search.dir property to refer to the
index I have created, everything works fine, I can search my site.

I now want to set up an automatic recrawl of my site, I am unsure how to do
this any help would be much appreciated.
