Hi all; 
  
service.xml which is described in wiki page
(http://wiki.apache.org/ws/FrontPage/Architecture/Deployment )
it can see a tag like below 
  
<operation name=".." qname="..." style=".." use=".."> 
  
do we really need both name and qname attributes for operation?
