**BUG REPORT**
1. Please describe the issue you observed:
- What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
在同一个进程内，启动一个consumer，再启动一个指向另一个namersrv的porducer。从consumer拿数据，向producer推数据
start one consumer and one producer in the same process.
- What did you expect to see?
正常消费/推送
both consume and produce success
- What did you see instead?
消费成功，推送失败
data consume was success but data produce to another name server failed.
2. Please tell us about your environment:
- What is your OS?
centos7/python3.8
- What is your client version?
latest
- What is your RocketMQ version?
不知道/unknown
