addons binary assembly question

The current binary assembly has a section which attempts to copy files from

src/main/scripts to the assembly "bin" directory, and

src/main/properties to the assembly "config" directory.


However the src/ tree doesn't have any scripts or properties folders - so I
think this does nothing, and should be removed.  OK?

Right Marshall, that derives from an old assembly descriptor and can be
safely removed.
