This patch will fix the reported issue. A summary of the discussions held on the mailing list:

(1) all parties agree that this fix does not help the fact that the interface is out of date and likely no longer supported by ING as is. Development work will be required to make this work again.
(2) most parties agreed that this is likely an implementation specific to ING's iDEAL service, hence the package has been renamed -- and keys in the properties files as well -- to reflect this as being a thirdparty.ideal.ing payment method.

The README file on the package has been updated to give improved reading and subject introduction.

Hope this finds acceptance with everyone.
