[jira] [Updated] (AMQ-5346) Update Proton to version 0.8

Robbie Gemmell updated AMQ-5346:
--------------------------------
    Attachment: AMQ-5346-detach.patch

Attaching patch to make the new 'link detach' event get processed in the same manner as would have been when exposed as a 'link close' event previously (when detach with closed=false was not really supported).

This resolves the hangs I have been seeing running the tests, which I narrowed down to PROTON-677 / http://svn.apache.org/r1627098 being added. We might want to handle the detach differently in future, but for now it is just doing exactly what it did before, and in doing so covering the client requesting the wrong thing originally (which was already changed in subsequent client releases).

> As part of the next release we will want to move up to Proton v0.8 which will incorporate several fixes as well as improvements in the codec speed and memory usage.
> For now we should move onto the published 1.0-SNAPSHOT builds and start testing to find any issues that fall out from the upgrade.
> Dejan has already created a patch that deals with the API changes.
