   @kou I am thinking on creating the RC now and execute the jobs there. I do think the current failures on the linux packaging jobs are due to version conflict as we haven't updated to 12.0.1 (`01-prepare.sh`).
   The conda packaging jobs are "ok" to be failed as those can be fixed that on the conda feedstock itself and the rest look like flaky or minor integration tests (hypothesis, spark).
   What do you think? We might need to create a second RC if some of those jobs still fail and require a fix or verification tasks requires fixing. I am asking you because I might need you to update binaries more than once if the first RC isn't good.
