[jira] [Commented] (CALCITE-4885) Fluent test fixtures so that
dependent projects can write parser, validator and rules tests
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-4885?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17442683#comment-17442683 ]
Vladimir Sitnikov commented on CALCITE-4885:
--------------------------------------------
I suggest we move to AssertJ rather than continue Hamcrest-based approach: CALCITE-4659.
Hamcreset matchers are hard to create, and hamcrest matches are hard to discover: they are written in "backwards" way, so one can't press autocomplete and see which assertions are available.
