[I] CI: Test workflow is blocked and does not show up as failing on pull requests [datafusion-python]
Michael-J-Ward opened a new issue, #772:

`markusjx/googletest-installer` action is not allowed to be used in the workflow.
Making matters worse, Github's Pull Request UI does not treat this as a workflow failure.
