   i haven't taken a detailed look yet; how hard would it be to visualize a pipeline graph that was already created by a different runner? input would be a pipeline.pb file, and local environment may not necessarily be able to convert that from RunnerAPI to Beam's internal representation, because, e.g. libraries from pickled payload are missing.
