Logfactor5 support

Hi Marcus,

Some weeks ago you added support for Logfactor5 to Cocoon
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-dev&m=104756614318700&w=2).
Today I wanted to give it a try but I haven't the slightest idea how the
connection between the GUI and the logstream can be established. 

Could you give me some hints?

If you don't mind I will 'wikify' your information to "Howto Cocoon and
Logfactor5".
