25, It looks like it fixes a bug, but horribly. Why did we do this again?
I thought this was our name to fame... that we had available servers
as soon as you needed them.

P.S. One of the patches, does fail, but it's because another patch has
pushed the line down, so it's not a problem, just need to remake the
2nd patch, or do it by hand. One line problem.

When I built my test base, I didn't patch in the big license patch, since
that was a big change but didn't affect the actual code at all. I would
recommend doing that last, or by hand (for whoever does the build).
