.Net versions review : POM

Hi,

For .Net the Maven POM equivalent I guess would be the csproj and
vbproj xml files listing the dependencies and some settings. But
that's where the comparisons ends, the only version numbers they
contain are the version numbers of the .Net framework.

Which reminds me : DeviceMap compiles and runs on *all* .Net versions
from 2.0 up and the same applies for Mono ;-)

Should add the Mono instruction in to the Documentation too : just
open in Xamarin. :-)
