Flex SDK Download
Flex SDK Download keeps failing. Tried from home and Office.
Version 3.1.0 (windows)
Using Locale: en_US
Fetched the SDK download mirror URL from the CGI.
AIR version 16.0
Flash Player version 16.0
Creating Apache Flex home
Creating temporary directory
Downloading Apache Flex SDK from:

You just tried this? The MD5 checksums were out of date yesterday and got updated yesterday. They seem correct now.
Can you try clearing the IE and other browser caches. AIR supposedly uses some browser libraries to do downloads and a stale version can get in there and cause trouble.
