[MAHOUT-1784] Remove Spark specific comment in generic drm javadoc and comments
Since now Mahout-Samsara support H2O and later Flink, removing Spark specific comments
in the Scala drm code.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/hsaputra/mahout remove_spark_from_comments_in_math-scala
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

Since now Mahout-Samsara support H2O and later Flink, removing Spark specific comments
