[JIRA] Updated: (FOR-459) tag not supported (whereas it should according to documentation)

Here is a patch.
- It declares the <del> in the document-v20.mod,
- It takes it into account in the pdf generation,
- it describes it in the document-v20.xml of docs-author.

Forrest documentation says document-v20.dtd accepts <del> tag but it seems to false.
