[I] Validates UUIDs in config file before running [cloudstack-csbench]

vishesh92 opened a new issue, #16:

   When running csbench with invalid UUID, it returns a complicated error message confusing the user.
   
   We need to validate the UUIDs in the config file and check if the resource exists or not the server before running the tests.
