SM standalone versus Jboss-SAR conf catalog

Hi,
When running Servicemix standalone I can tune stuff by changing files in
<servicmix>\conf files :
activemq.xml
groups.properties
jmx.xml
jndi.properties
jndi.xml
keystore.jks
log4j.xml
login.properties
passwords.txt
security.xml
servicemix.conf
servicemix.xml
tx.xml
users-credentials.properties
users-passwords.properties

When using xbean.xml files (xbean deployment/packaging style) and
service-assemblies in a Servicemix/JBoss-SAR environment, how can I
configure like in the standalone-case?

In the future would like to have many service-assemblies in JBoss/SM-SAR and
one global configurator if possible/correct way to go?

/johan
