Hi Guys,

I want to contribute to Apache Flink.Would you please give me the

Hi Shiwei,

Welcome to the community!
Now we don't have contributor permissions, you can just ping a committer to
assign the issue to you
if you are interested to contribute.
FYI, you can read the "how to contribute"[1] doc before your contribution.
