The DocumentAnnotation jar (which has JCas cover classes for the "default" (unaugmented by type merging) version of the DocumentAnnotation CAS Type, is pulled in via a transitive dependency from the uimaj-tools project.  Fix this project to not depend on this Jar, which will then have the effect of dropping the inclusion of the DocumentAnnotation jar from the runtime plugin.
