1-0-1_branch really the 1.0.1 release source?

Rather than making a bad assumption, I just wanted to know if the 1-0-1_branch in CVS for v1 is the branch that the 1.0.1 release is coming out of.  Many of the files are a couple versions behind, and it looks like the JAXB support is missing, so I just wanted to make sure.
