[snapshots] Regular API completeness reports without endorsed packages

Hi,

I've set up JAPI under CC for snapshots - i.e. for each snapshot
starting from r616407[1] there will be a link on snapshot's status
page to its API completeness reports without endorsed packages.

Please let me know if anything can be improved.

Thanks,
Stepan.

Looks good -- that's useful, thanks Stepan.

A suite has pass rate (i.e. % number) on snapshot status page if it
possible to get the number from a suite's report (for example, from
JUnit report).

Thanks,
Stepan.

Stepan,
A stress test suite results does not show %% while others do. Should I
do something to get %% numbers on web?

Thanks!

Increased spacing would improve readability IMO, currently header
lines are too bound together. Would be nice to show total %%, for
consistency; then this info could naturally fit as an additional row
in the table.
Thanks!
