   **Describe the question**
   can dolphinscheduler Prevent task conflict？
   when a task  spend very long time to finsh the work,but time is out ,the next loop is start,then have two same task run and conflict.did dolphinscheduler had judged the Previous task is finished or not?
   
   
   **Which version of DolphinScheduler:**
    -[1.1.0]
