**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Some accumulo servers have a port search property, like `tserver.port.search`. This property seems redundant w/ the ability to specify a range for a port property.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Remove or deprecate the port search properties in favor of ranges for ports. Seems like this would really simplify the code.
**Additional context**
Tracked down the issue ACCUMULO-4331 where port ranges were added and it recommended removing the port search props.
