Freebsd ports update to SA 3.2.3

I bypassed the 3.2.2 due to some issues, but have submitted the
following patch to Freebsd ports to upgrade SA port for 3.2.1 to 3.2.3.

A couple minor dependency fixes and DomainKey plugin fix (for new
installs)

To apply patch, download patch at above location, then cd
$PORTS_DIR/mail/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin

Apply patch:  patch < locationOfPatch

Make config to check settings, then make deinstall reinstall distclean.

I highly recommend running the sa-update option and sa-compile during
install.

If you are running spamd or amavisd-new, these must be restarted.
