Still need one more Windows vote. Unlike a beta or alpha we need 3 +1's for
both Windows and *nix.

If there are objections happy to roll a rc2 with whatever fixes needed. I know
we've got several things queued up for a possible rc2.

I see 2443ccc26fd3280b24d38087c5f4291202787f1d as expected:

The files:
tools/dist/nominate.pl
tools/server-side/svnpubsub/rc.d/svnpubsub
tools/server-side/svnpubsub/rc.d/svnwcsub

are all symlinks now, so I'm not surprised that they show up as different. (I'm guessing the actual content is in the zip, while your working copy expects the standard subversion placeholder)

Hi Ben,

Running the tests right now, just waiting for the ra_serf variants to
complete. No failures so far, so I should have sigs incoming by
tonight barring any unexpected failures.
