[RELEASE] 0.6.10

There hasn't been a bunch going on in this branch since the last release
(that was less than 2 weeks ago after all), but the fix for
CASSANDRA-1959[1] seemed important enough to warrant an 0.6.10.

As usual, links to source and binary archives are available from the
Downloads page[3], and packages for Debian-based systems are available
from the project repository[4].
