shiro 2.0: ApplicationSecurityManager loose ends

un-deprecated references to AuthenticationInfo remain throughout the
ApplicationSecurityManager and SubjectContext

is this for the same reason that DefaultSecurityManager isn't deprecated?

aside from keyword replacement of  /AuthenticationInfo/Account/ , are you
envisioning other changes?

for example, ApplicationSecurityManager.createSubject calls
context.setAuthenticationInfo , which will become context.setAccount in 2.0?
