POWER CI System

Hi Amir,

you sent me private email regarding our CI System.

Please CC: dev@bigtop.apache.org or direct your questions to dev@ directly in future. There should be no private technical discussion nor the suspicion of secrecy within apache projects.

To reiterate: Since you are an committer I invite you to manage parts of the project yourself, especially the POWER part.
Please create yourself an account at ci.bigtop.apache.org and tell me the account name, so I can give you admin rights.

Please open a JIRA if you want to fix something,  describing what you are intending to do. Even if it has to do with our Infrastructure.
If nobody objects with 24 hours, you are free to do it. If still unsure how to proceed, add someone to the JIRA conversation, discussing possible solutions. Next escalation is mail on dev@ .

Regarding the ubuntu version to chose: Using 16.10 will hopefully help stability wise.

Thanks for the admin privilege,  added the new ppc64le server and
kick-started a build.

you have now the same righths on ci.bigtop.apache.org as myself.
