Implement a service interface that returns a set of permission descriptions. The described permissions are needed by a class, package or bundle so it can work as intended. The permission description contains informations about the permission like a human readable name, a text describing the it, and an icon. It also contains the java permission string, which can be used to instantiate the permission.
