Apache::ASP list problems, fixed now...

Hey,

Someone had subscribed recently the abuse@verizon.net
address to the asp@perl.apache.org mailing list.  Though
a cute prank, the created the odd effect of getting you
the abuse@verizon.net autoresponder if you posted to
the list recently.  I have removed this address for now,
so we can hopefully post again to the list in peace.

I have CC'd abuse@verizon.net for their advisement only,
there is nothing for them to do.
