[jira] [Created] (INFRA-4049) Rename user account

Rename user account
-------------------

                 Key: INFRA-4049
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4049
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
            Reporter: Marek Sapota

I'm setting up Phabricator as code review tool for Apache projects, in particular Hive and HBase (http://reviews.facebook.net). We are pushing comments from Phabricator to corresponding JIRA issues using `noreply@reviews.facebook.net` user which was automatically created on first email received by JIRA. As result I don't actually have access to the user - the email address is not working so I can't recover the account. I would like to set some other name as full name, which is now `jsichi (John Sichi)` - `Differerential` or `Phabricator` would be much better=).

Thanks
Marek Sapota

Ok, I distinctly remember one of those projects was the reason reviewboard was chosen to be supported at the ASF, now lots of projects use it,
So just to make it clear we will not support another review tool at the ASF, if you choose Phabricator it will always be supported by yourselves externally to the ASF.

Also, please let me know when Hive and HBase no longer have a need for reviews.a.o so I can remove their git/svn repos from the system.

They are trying to move away from Review Board and use Phabricator which is more user friendly and many developers are already used to it.

Hive and HBase projects both asked for their svn and git repos to be added to reviews.apache.org , which they have, and are using it, why are you introducing yet another code review tool?

I was asking about the full name that is actually displayed, but if it can't be changed either then remove the user and I'll try to create a new one with a proper full name this time.

For some time both Phabricator and Review Board will be used but we'll let you know when Review Board is no longer used.
