mod_sed documentation says directives valid in htaccess

But, after compiling v2.4.9 and setting up a basic server this seem to be incorrect. (Compile was against apr v1.5.0 and vapr-util 1.5.3 on RHEL 6)

With "AllowOverride None" everything is fine, with "AllowOverride All" I get a 500 code and the following in the error log:

[Sun Mar 23 15:09:56.861087 2014] [core:alert] [pid 11422:tid 140660518655744] [client 172.29.1.2:14321] /path/to/htdocs/.htaccess: OutputSed not allowed here

Regards,

Sean
