Dear Empire-db committers and PMC members,

during the past few months we have collected quite a few improvements and bugfixes which are now ready for release.

Therefore I am kindly asking you all for your vote on whether or not to prepare a release candidate from the currently resolved issues.

Once the release is prepared - which will take approx a week -  I will put up another VOTE for publishing the release.
