Help: Why valid email went to SPAM folder?
Just wonder why some of valid emails went to SPAM folder? The following is
of of the valid email headings from our customer. I check the address
"160.83.65.199" is not is not in spam list from
http://www.mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/lookup
Any help would appreciated.

Alice,
I see that the e-mail was addressed to accounts@infopoll.com, but the RCPT
TO was accounts@MyServer.com. What is in your servernames section of the
config?
If the James doesn't recognize the server as local, then since relaying is
disabled the e-mail is sent to spam in the default configuration. That
really ought to be sent to error, IMO, and I'd like to change that default
in the future.
